ENGLISH ELM GETS RARER EVERY YEAR, THEREFORE THE BURRS FROM ELM TREES ARE EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO FIND.. THIS PIECE SITS ON THREE SHORT OAK LEGS, IT IS JUST 4'' AND ABOUT 9''BY 9''. THE BOWL PART IS OFFSET TURNED, WITH AN OPENING OF 5''. AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE PICTURES THE UNDER SIDE IS AS FOUND, A SMALL INTERESTING BOWL , FOR SMALL THINGS, NUTS-SWEETS PERHAPS. DANISH OIL TO FINISH.
