About this item
This is a solid sterling silver pin designed to look like a little seedling with it's two first leaves. The leaves are carefully sculpted with a smooth finish on the outside and a lightly textured surface on the inside curves of the leaves to contrast with the high polish on the rest of the pin. It also comes with a sterling silver pin protector. This piece has been handmade by me using traditional silversmithing skills. FREE POSTAGE : Postage is free for a limited period.

I designed and made this pin from a series of sketches that I did in the Spring when my first seedlings of the year were easing their way through the soil. I love seeing those first two leaves appear and imagining the vegetables and flowers that will eventually come from each tiny plant. The enormous potential of each small seedling fills me with smiles.
