This picture was designed and made by myself, from recycled silk scarves Layers of silk were placed onto a cotton backing and then free machine embroidery was added to create texture and detail The picture was then framed with black cotton and stretched onto an artists canvas And so ready to hang! The Yorkshire Dales is such a wonderful place, I hope I do it justice This image was taken from a picture I took a long while ago and I think it was Swaledale! It was crafted from layers of recycled silks which I buy from my local charity shops.
