I dabble in many different crafts and find myself with several projects on the go at any one time. I like to keep my crochet separate from my embroidery or sewing and was running out of bags to keep them all in!
Finding it impossible to buy a pattern for a suitable bag that could be made in different sizes, I designed the "Sew Retro" tote, so called because of the fantastic fabrics I used for the bag and lining.
Now I can store my huge quilts in the large bag and the medium tote is perfect for smaller crochet or knitting projects such as socks or hats.

(PDF pattern - NOT a paper copy) This fabulous designer bag is perfect for all those Works-In-Progress, whether it's knitting, crochet, quilting or sewing.
Strong, wooden handles and optional quilting gives the tote structure and a "Couture" finish, or you can choose to omit the quilting for an unstructured look.
There's a large pocket on the front or inside for your patterns, and places to hold your essentials like scissors and tape measure.
The pattern includes full instructions for two different sized bags, giving you the flexibility to choose the one that is right for you - the larger model can comfortably hold a King-size throw!
Large bag - 63cm long x 44cm high x 13cm deep approx
Medium Bag - 38cm long x 39cm high x 8cm deep approx
The printable PDF pattern includes all the information you need to make the bags; pattern piece diagrams, cutting layouts and easy to use step-by-step instructions using full colour photographs for clarity.
