You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

We hope you will love your goodies, but will offer a full refund for items returned within 14 days from date of receipt of the item, provided they are returned in accordance with any instructions and in perfect condition, complete with any packaging. Please also include any reasons or comments as we take customer satisfaction very seriously, and will always listen to your suggestions. We can only refund or replace items that arrive to us intact, barring any faults, so please send goods by recorded or Special Delivery and obtain a receipt for postage. Until the returns are received by us they are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the return postage except in the case of faulty goods, nor the cost of original post and packaging for unwanted items. I do however offer free post and packaging for all exchange items. If my products are not what you ordered or defective, please contact me (via ‘convo’) within seven days of receipt of goods, and I will refund or exchange. Please note: pieces that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty. Earrings and hair accessories are unfortunately non-returnable due to hygiene issues (sorry). I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses -- refunds for your order cannot be made due to this. Thank you

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
