The wearing of oak leaves was an ancient sign of status among the Celts, Greeks and Romans. The Celtic tradition honours the Oak as a sign of durability, purity and constancy as well as life, family and loyalty.

Full description
This handmade pendant is made using silver clay - the impression of a real oak leaf has been hand cut from the clay and a bail added to the back. The leaf is made from 999 fine silver and a slight patina has been added to enhance the textured detail of the veins.
Supplied on an 18" fine curb chain and in a gift box, ready to wear or to give as a gift.
Size approx. 2.5 x 4cm.
