A laser-etched bird that can be hung indoors or outdoors as an eye-catching garden decoration. I reverse-etch my design onto the back of a sheet of mirrored acrylic, laser cut them out and attach twine. Earlier in the year I was at a conference where we were challenged to summarise a passage in 'tweet' form - 140 characters or less that capture the essence of the text. This lead me to reflect on key passages that hold a lot of meaning for me. The output was a collection of 'laser tweets' - wood and acrylic birds etched with some of my favourite passages.
