My Winter Series was a collection of four papercuts that feature Reindeer, Penguins, a Fox and a Polar Bear. I was interested in creating the feeling of the all-pervading snow and ice and where there is a sharp juxtaposition between what is covered and what is not, sometimes as if the scene has been turned into a negative state.
