Full description
The badger is currently experiencing a turbulent time as his native woodlands are destroyed to make way for human development and at the same time he is deemed a threat to ever increasing herds of commercial cattle. Yes, this most characterful of our indigenous species is having a hard time!
This particular badger is made from wonderful eco-felt (made from recycled plastic bottles) in shades of charcoal, black and ivory. Down is back I have added a line of black eyelash yarn to give him a tufted effect! He appeals for clemency for all his species through black bead eyes mounted on little circles of ivory felt.
