About this item
Gorgeous fabric and felt brooch made to my popular 'Sweet Kitty' design. This brooch is made in lilac coloured cotton with a tiny white polkadot, matching lilac felt and a purple button trim. Every brooch is completely handstitched - first the outline then the serene cat face are stitched in place then the matching felt heart applique is added. A tiny button from my collection of reclaimed and vintage buttons finishes off the brooch and makes each one unique. The brooch is then blanket stitched to a felt backing and a small brooch bar is stitched into place on the back ready to wear or attach to a bag or hat. Each brooch measures just 8cm high and approx 5cm at it's widest point - a miniature masterpiece for your lapel! :-)
