About this item
Pale yellow vitreous enamel was sifted on the surface and then kiln fired. This process was repeated numerous times to get the depth of colour. The bumble bee image decal was applied to the surface and gently fired to produce warm sepia colours. A brooch pin has been glued onto the back.
