jewellery should be treated with care and respect. if the jewellery is worn with love and respect it will last well. if for any reason this piece does not live up to your and my high expectations, then it can be returned to me within two years of purchase for free repairs; buyer being responsible for return postage costs to myself. if the buyer wishes to return the items within 7 days of receipt, they may do so, being responsible for return postage. they may exchange goods for store credit, unless item is faulty in which case they will receive a full refund. For any other queries, do not hesitate to contact me via folksy.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

a unique handmade polymer house bead, features a tiny nesting bird, with its nest perched upon a branch of a tree, set against a clear blue sky! this house sits on a ceramic branch, and i have suspended a handmade ceramic flower in co-ordinating blue and white below. this pendant hangs from a brass chain, with golden-yellow softly faceted beads. you can choose the length of the necklace - just send me a message when checking out!
my jewellery is all one of a kind so you can be assured that you are getting a truly special and individual piece of art jewellery. i use artisan-made individual components - miniature works of art - so even if a remake a design, it will never be the same twice. i use only the highest quality materials from gemstones to artisan-made components, czech glass to silk and linen cords, upcycled sari silk to hand forged sterling and copper.
