My friend Trudi and her Knit Night ladies were searching for bright and modern knitting project bags. Finding mainly bags more suited to their grans than young and trendy knitters such as themselves they asked me to help.
Never one to let a crafty challenge pass me by...this is what I came up with and they LOVED them....

Full description
Small drawstring bright and funky knitting project bag. This is the perfect size to hold your sock and other small knitting projects.
The outer fabric is 'Treasure Box' from Amy Butlers Lark range and the lining is a luscious lime green plain cotton.
The bag is 20cm tall and has a padded hexagonal bottom which is 20 cm across the widest part and will stand on your table top, chair arm or knee while knitting.
The draw string cord with toggle will hold all your precious yarn and needles securely on the move.
Inside is a patch pocket with 3 sections, so more than enough room to hold your stitch markers.
The cute zippered purse will hold your scissors, needles, stitch markers, sweeties...and not forgetting your Knit night tea money......The purse measures 13 x8 cm.
The bag is 100% cotton so fully washable..
