Needle Felted Wren's Nest Tea Cosy
Perfect for keeping your tea toasty on a spring morning......
This soft 100% linen tea cosy has a needle-felted wool nest guarded by Mrs Jenny Wren.
3 sky blue appliquéd eggs nestle cosily in her woollen nest on an embroidered bough with appliquéd leaves. Her nest is made from felted wool in deep brown, olive green and russet with ceam wool 'feathers'.
The cosy is lined with aqua polka dot cotton and is padded with cotton wadding.
The tea cosy can be hand washed and ironed under a damp cloth and measures approx 28 cm wide and 23cm high. It is suitable for a medium 3 cup tea pot.
