Hearts are so lovely scattered around the home. I've made lots of smaller lavender hearts, and I wanted to make more of a statement piece.

Full description
I've made a large patchwork lavender heart, using various fabrics, and have centred the design on Cath Kidston's gorgeous bubble rose fabric. This is largely made up from Cath Kidston and Jane Churchill fabrics, and it hangs from a pink satin ribon. The back of the heart is a Jane Churchill print. It is generously filled with a polyester stuffing, and several scoops of lavender from my local lavender farm.
The heart itself measures approx 22 cm by 15 cm. Total length when hanging is approx 37 cm.
