I love lavender bags, and have been making them for myself and as gifts for friends and family. I created this design through trial and error and find the little picot handle is practical for using in a variety of ways, including hanging from a peg or hanger.

Full description
I crocheted this little lavender bag in a dark red cotton thread and added a cute heart shaped button that has little flowers printed onto it, to accent the crocheted rose in the middle.
Inside the bag is a pretty little sachet of dried lavender (Yorkshire grown!) with a pattern of tiny sprigged flowers. I hand-sewed this from some vintage cotton fabric I have been hoarding. I will be very sad when I have used the last of it!
The lavender will easily scent a drawer or enclosed space - there is a handle for looping over a cothes hanger or peg for scenting clothes. It could also be popped under a pillow for a little lavender "fix" at bedtime! I have several around my house and like to give them a little squeeze as I walk by.
The bag measures approx. 7.5 cm by 7.5 cm ( 3 in by 3 in), excluding the handle.
This item will be wrapped in recycled, acid and bleed free tissue paper and a reusable gift box ( also made from recycled card).
I send all items by Royal Mail First Class. I am able to send items by Recorded or Special Delivery at an additional cost by request. Please contact me if you would like this option (subject to Royal Mail conditions)
