I started making iPad covers after a friend bought an iPad. I love patching different fabrics together and this is a perfect project for that. I never make two the same.

Full description
iPad case: unique, handmade fabric iPad cover, made using an appliqued designed to create a front 'door', while the back is a fabulous wool in a tweed design sourced from Cotswold Woolen Weavers. This would suit as a men's or women's iPad cover.
The iPad sleeve is fully lined with a striped fabric and closes with a button trim and loop. The button is also handmade, from a ceramic maker local to me.This is a striking case, and one of a kind - all my makes are individual, and I won't make another exactly like this. I have others listed, so please check my shop if you are looking for an iPad case.
My iPad covers are a perfect fit for the original iPad but also sized to fit the iPad 2. I've tested with both and sold to people who have both. There's a lot of work in these - the fabric is all interfaced, and the cases are padded. I've shown the back as well as the front of the case. I include labels with my cases, making these perfect as gifts.
