I added bright red colour to the surface of this little bird shaped ceramic pottery dish. This cheerful colour's great all year round, but makes it especially suitable for use as a candle holder on your table, or as a gift idea.
It will add a touch of prettiness to your home decor.
They've been really popular as wedding ring holder bowls and make pretty wedding gifts and engagement gifts.

These little bird dishes make great wedding and Christmas gifts and were featured in a Guardian gift guide!
I created the texture of vintage lace crochet in the surface of soft clay and then I added deep ruby-red glaze to the top surface. The underside is unglazed with a little fabric texture.
There are many uses for this little bird dish. Keep it by your bed to keep earrings safe, use it as a little soap dish or use it as a candle holder at night.
The colour and texture inside are so pretty you might decide to keep it empty for decoration.
It measures approx 3.5 x 4 inches and is 1.25 inches tall.

Although I have made a couple of these, the one you will receive is unique, and might vary slightly, because each is handmade and unique. It will be extremely similar to the one in the main image, and equally pretty, I promise!
