The words ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY’ are appliqued onto the flags, one letter per flag with a blank one in between, so 14 all together. The fabrics used are all bright and bold spots in rainbow colours. The flags are 5.5” (14 cm) and the entire length of the string is 72” (185cm)
