Full description
This lovely pendant is entirely handmade in sterling silver, using an ancient technique called granulation. The oval has been cut out of sterling silver sheet and textured. The granules have been formed individually, hammered then soldered to the piece. The pendant has been heavily oxidized to bring out the detail and then polished.
It hangs on a sterling silver chain 45 cm (18" ) which can be easily taken off . If you prefer shorter chain 40 cm (16 ") or longer 50 cm (20") please let me know in the Note to Seller at checkout.
Length of the pendant: approximately 4 cm ( 1.6").
Width : approximately 1.5 cm ( 0.6") at the widest point.
The pendant is sent in a gift box.
Each piece is hand made , so slight variations may exist from the item photographed.
