Please add this option to your order for every item that you wish to be gift boxed (boxes cannot be purchased alone). Each item will sit on a foam pad, wrapped in tissue paper, nestled inside this recycled cardboard gift box and will arrive inside a bubble-cushioned envelope. If you have purchased more than one item but only one gift box option, just let me know in 'note to shop' (which appears when you order) which you would like gift boxed. Finally, if you would like to include a gift message at no extra charge, just let me know (also in the 'note to shop' section).

This item will be posted to you by The Autumn Orchard within 5 days of receiving payment.
Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
