My applique cushions were born when I fell in love with the fabric, but I wanted to embellish it and add a little bit of colour.

Full description
A beautiful applique cushion for the bedroom or living room, using Cath Kidston and Japanese script fabric. This listing is for the large cushion shown in the main picture - I have three available, two large and one smaller, and each has its own listing.
I've appliqued a stunning bird and branch fabric, picking out the birds and leaves with pretty Cath Kidston florals and a script fabric by my favourite Japanese designer, Suzuko Koseki which was bought in Japan for me by a friend. This would make a lovely cushion for a bed.
It is large - the inner pad is 50 cm x 50 cm. This cushion has a grey zip. If you are considering buying the matching twin, the zips are deliberately different - I like to add quirky little touches to each of my items to underline the fact that each is made individually.
My applique cushion is fully lined, and has a zip closure. The back is the same fabric, but not embellished with applique. Any questions, please ask. It is cotton/polycotton mix, with a cotton lining, and can be gently handwashed, but please wash inside out. Iron with a cool iron.
