About this item
Our ‘Light Sussex’ lavender hens are hand knitted from Debbie Bliss 100% merino wool, trimmed with Sirdar Denim yarn (cotton/wool/acrylic mix). They have felt combs and beaks, cotton wattles and faceted bead eyes. The hens are filled with British lavender and polyester fibre (which conforms to BS Standards Cleanliness BS Standard 1425, Fire Standard BS 5852, BS Standard 5665, EU Standards EN71 and carries the CE mark on the packaging). These beautiful hens are ideal for hanging from door handles or placing in drawers or wardrobes to both fragrance and repel moths. Each hen is approximately 8cm (3”) long from beak to tail and comes ready to hang. If you would like a specific breed of hen that we do not currently have listed or a variation on one we do, please contact us and we will be happy to knit one for you.

This item will be posted to you by Little Tweed Hens within 3 days of receiving payment.

You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
