Here comes Ditsy...
Made from a dark blue cotton covered in tiny blooms of turquoise and ivory with fresh green foliage, Ditsy appears quite demure.....but don't be fooled! This sweet little bird has bags of personality and style and boy! does she know it! Not that Ditsy is the boastful sort; she has no need to be....just watch her strut her stuff on any shelf or mantlepiece and see the attention she gets, simply by viture of being herself!
Her upper body is made from the lovely blue floral cotton and her breast is a complimentary ivory felt. Her wings have an ivory felt base with a top layer of the floral print cotton.
Ditsy's eyes are alert and watchful, created from a tiny black seedbead centered on a little circle of the ivory felt. She stands, perfectly balanced, on legs formed from copper wire which I have stripped from disused 3-core cabling.
Post is first class. I use as much reclaimed packaging as possible, to minimise cost and waste.
