As much as I love raw edge applique, I also love free machine embroidery or 'drawing with my sewing machine', such fun and that's how the subtle stems and leaves were born on this particular design.

Full description
Handmade by me from natural linen and a gorgeous 'roses on cream' cotton fabric, this cover is lightly padded to help protect your precious gadget from any bumps or scratches.
It is embellished with a raw edge applique design and free machine embroidery and complemented with a 'roses on cream' cotton lining.
The cover has a button and loop fastening and measures 14.5cm x 21.5cm (5 7/8in x 8 3/8in). If you have the new smaller size Kindle and like this design just contact me and I can make a smaller cover for you.
