Full description
A set of ten tyre shaped beads in opaque red Effetre glass decorated with frit in shades of green.
Frit is sieved crushed glass and the pattern is made by rolling the hot bead in the frit then melting the little chunks in to produce the random dot pattern seen on the surface of the beads .
There is some size variation in the set due to their being hand made.
smallest is 12mm x 8mm
Largest 13mm x 11mm.
The beads were made on 1.6mm mandrels and have been fully annealed.
Frit was made by BeadySam.
