Mookaite is an Australian Jasper of very variable colours, from yellow to deep reds and purples. In Australia, mookaite is considered to be a healing stone, bestowing strength and shielding the wearer from difficult situations. It is often used to treat glandular or stomach disorders.
This stunning necklace is made with Mookaite coins, yellow glass pearls and purple Czech crystals, blending together to show off the colour variations within the Mookaite.
Approximately 22 inches long, the Mookaite beads are approximately 2cm across, andit is finished with a silver plate figaro chain and ‘S’ hook clasp.
