This stunning skirt is one of my "ribbon Skirts" in that it pulls in on the hips or waist with a gorgeous red satin ribbon. It is made in this stunning cotton rose fabric and can be dressed up worn for casual. The length is 19" but it can be made shorter or longer so please mail me. The size is a "free size" and will fit a size 6 - 24UK sizes. Thank you x

NOT WORTH THE MONEY! The fabric is very light, almost to see through, cheap cotton. Also, I have orderer it with elasticated band, but got it with the ribbon finish! What is more, since the day I got the email that the item is shipped, 30 days have passed before I actually received it.
