Full description
These new ric-rac decorated collars are my favourite so far! They're perfect for dressing up all kinds of shirts and dresses and adds a cute vintage feel to any outfit.
This collar is made from a grey cotton fabric, backed in black felt and decorated with white ric-rac ribbon. Fastens at the front with a hook and eye.
The outer edge of the collar measures 28.5"/71cm and the inner edge measures 14.5"/37cm and will fit most neck sizes. Please feel free to contact me if you require a different size.
