Full description
This pattern has been drafted by me for a childs sun hat.
Once purchased you will be sent the pattern by PDF, along with full instructions/tutorial on making the hat.
This style hat has a full brim to shade the face and neck, and the brim can be turned up at the front, back or sides.
Decoration, i.e ribbons, bows can be added to enhance the hat, and as it uses just a small amount of material, it is ideal to use for that offcut you never knew what to do with :)
It is sized for 20" head size ( anywhere from age 3 -8 years old), but can be made larger or smaller by adjusting the seam allowance.
I would rate this project as unsuitable for a beginner.
