30 year old Occupational Therapist and toddler Mum by day, wood burner by night.
I’m fortunate enough to be surrounded by inspiration from viewing the world through my daughters wonder filled eyes, to living near the beautiful nature of the Peak District. It’s my dream to live in one of the beautiful stone cottages covered in wisteria and ivy, surrounded by a typical cottage garden. Think Hobbit life style- that’s my goal!
Every day I work with people who due to complex conditions loose parts themselves and I love supporting them to find those parts again. During a session talking about the importance of finding activities that allow us to experience flow- being fully lost in an activity, I realised I’d lost that myself. So through experimenting I found it again in pyrography.
Due to life I’ll have a limited stock and won’t be able to take any custom orders.
I’m trying to be sustainable so using bundles of off cuts, trawling second hand shops for untreated wood etc, so I’ll do my best to share all product details but there may be times I don’t know the type of wood etc for sure.
I’m excited to develop my skills and styles and see where this journey takes me! Thanks for being a small part of it!
