“Monoprints made in and inspired by the Norfolk Fens”
I make one of a kind monoprints using a gelli plate. At the moment my studio is a little desk under the stairs, but as my cat also likes to sleep there, more often than not I work at the kitchen table instead.
I find nature very inspiring, and that is often reflected in my work, even when it is abstract. Where I live in the Norfolk Fens is lovely, it is hard not to be inspired!
I am also mum to 4 teenaged sons. I love all kinds of creative things, from art to sewing and music. I enjoy board games, being out in nature and spending time with my family.
