Buying from me

Each piece is made by hand as a bespoke piece of art in my studio in Huddersfield. Due to the nature of my pottery being made by hand each piece will vary slightly in colour and texture. I work exclusively in stoneware and pour each glaze by hand using my secret recipes.

Payment is expected within 3 days. Each piece of pottery is securely bubble wrapped and packaged to avoid breakages. Please check goods upon receiving them as they become your responsibility once delivered.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your goods to notify me of any breakages and always keep all the packaging it was sent in. Please also keep all the pieces which will be required to return the item to me.

Ship the item back to me within 7 days of arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made between us.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
