Deliciously decadent homemade Artisan butter fudge, created in our Lincolnshire kitchen

It seems crazy to start a business in the middle of a pandemic, but that's just what I have done.
After 5 years of running myself into the ground working in Market Research, I was furloughed when the first lockdown was announced.
I was a culture shock to actually have some time to do things that I enjoy, such as cooking. I had become used to working long hours, throwing together something to eat and falling into bed, to repeat the same process day after day.
It was the catalyst I needed to review my life and ask myself what really mattered to me, what I really wanted to do, and how to achieve it. That is how Wicked Fudge was born.

I fell in love with American fudge when my mum brought me back some fudge from Las Vegas, it is a softer, silky smooth butter fudge with a real emphasis on strong vibrant flavours. American fudges are mainly chocolate based, but with caramel based as well. So different from the sickly sweet, bland fudge I was used to in the UK.

I decided I wanted to create a range of American style butter fudge so that everyone could enjoy it too. I love inventing new recipes, and have so many ideas floating about in my head I am itching to create.
