Hello and welcome, I use Fine silver to create pieces that I have carefully created and made by my fair hand which I hope you will love.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I really hope you are happy with anything you buy from me. I try to photograph my work carefully, and try to show my jewellery on a person, or on a stand, to give you an idea of the scale of a piece. I also try to accurately describe anything I make, and I always try to remember to add measurements and dimensions so you can get a good idea of what you are buying. If you are not sure about ring, bracelet, or necklace measurements; why not try cutting a bit of string or paper to that size to see if you can fit it over your wrist etc. before you purchase. My aim is to have happy customers.
If after all this, you end up with something that you are not happy with, you can return it to me within 28 days, and I will refund you the cost of the item (minus shipping and a very small admin charge to cover the time I spent lovingly wrapping, packing, and posting your goods.) You will need to return it to me by some kind of registered post so it is trackable. Alternatively, if you need a piece re-sizing, I may be able to do this free of charge in some cases.
