All products are handmade by myself, Victoria in rural Lincolnshire.
Processing Times:
As all my items are handmade/made to order processing times of your order can vary from 1-5 days, please see item descriptions for processing times.
Delivery:
All orders are dispatched via 2nd Class Royal Mail Standard Delivery, Therefore tracking is not available, however, upgrade options are available at checkout.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
