Hi, I'm Natasha, welcome to my Folksy shop!

I design and make stitch markers in my little Devon studio since 2019. I originally started out creating upcycled Jewellery from Vintage pieces. Spending most of my days designing and creating gorgeous Jewellery, which left me a little bit obsessed with beads! So in early 2019 I decided to create Stitch Markers after I taught myself to knit.

I pride myself in great customer service and attention to detail and like to send out orders in attractive packages so that they are a pleasure to receive!

Stitch markers make lovely gifts for knitters and crocheters from beginner to advanced. I also stock decorative tins, perfect for keeping them safe and ready to throw into your project bag.

Buying from me

I aim to dispatch orders within 1-3days. Posting days are Monday-Friday.

I'm always happy to answer any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are not happy, please contact me. I will try to rectify the situation for you. You are entitled, to a 7 day cooling-off period under the Distance Selling Regulations. This means, that if you decide you do not want an item for any reason (other than damaged or faulty goods) you must tell us, in writing, within 7 days (maximum) of receiving your item that you do not want it. You will be asked to return the item to us within another 7 days (maximum) and in the same condition you received it in.

Please note that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer and this will NOT be refunded.
