When it comes to personalisation we are all ears. Different names, occasions, sayings, poems, rhymes or messages can be put on to almost all of our engravable products so please contact us with your ideas. Our designs are simple to personalise and make special for the lucky recipient. With a range of wood and slate products we hope we can meet your needs by making that special something easier to find.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
