Unique designs, traditionally handcrafted glass art by Esther

Stained glass is magical! The combination of colour and light creates a beautiful, ever shifting effect. I used to watch my parents making glass when I was young and then I took an evening class to learn it myself about 12 years ago and found a lovely creative outlet. I make pieces from my home studio and love getting lost in the different stages of creating, from the design, choosing glass colours, cutting shapes, getting messy, to the very satisfying moment of holding a glowing unique piece in my hands, to brighten a place in someone's home. I'm inspired by the natural world and love curves!

I accept commissions for both traditional leaded and copper foiled suncatchers and larger bespoke panels.
