Beautiful handmade gift items, lovingly crafted in a small studio in the Forest of Dean.
All physical items are hand packaged and posted within 48 hours, digital downloads are emailed directly to you within 12 hours.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within fourteen days of receipt of the item, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
