All bears are designed and made by me.
The items listed in my shop are ready to post and I aim to dispatch them on the same day or next working day from purchase. I use Royal Mail tracked 24 service.
If your bear is a gift for someone, I am happy to send it directly to the recipient (UK only). Please message me the recipient’s address. Gift wrapping is available.
These bears are not intended as toys and are unsuitable for children aged 14 years and under.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
