Buying from me
Hello and welcome to my SuchJoy shop! Every item is 100% designed and created by hand by me. It’s mini artwork you can carry wherever you go, bringing joy to your everyday.
Personalised orders are hand crafted with a minimum make time of 1-3 days. Larger custom orders can take up to 1-2 weeks depending on the size and design. Standard shipping is 3-5 working days on top. Please take this into consideration when making an order so gifts can arrive on time.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Read the Folksy Returns Policy.
