Hand built ceramics inspired by traditional Japanese techniques and folklore.

I am a self taught ceramicist, lucky enough to now work from my own studio situated in a converted stable in rural Leicestershire. It's a special space that I love and spend most days in there researching folklore, experimenting with shapes and forms and hopefully creating some beautiful and unusual ceramics.

My journey to this point started with a 25 year career as a tattoo artist, which was my initial introduction to Japanese art and culture, and my ceramic work was a hobby that ran alongside tattooing until I was able to concentrate more on the ceramic side and finally open my own studio.
Alongside my own work, I run workshops and drop in sessions to introduce the traditional skills I've grown so fond of and also to provide a space for people to come and experiment in which ever style they choose.

Buying from me

All ceramics are created by hand so there may be variations within the pieces, which make them unique and personal.
I am happy to receive custom orders with a turnaround of approx. 3 weeks depending on quantity required.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
