Hello! My name is Melanie and I quite like to sew! I live in Horsham, West Sussex but am originally from New Zealand. I enjoy playing the piano and am just a teeny bit partial to a good period drama.

Song of the Seam is the place to find unique handmade fabric crafts. From home decor to
zipper pouches, passport covers to key fobs. I use mostly natural fabrics, such as linen and cotton, and I do like a splash of colour which you'll soon see when you visit my shop!

For international customers I offer free additional item shipping, so if you purchase multiple items in the same order you will only pay the shipping charge on the item with the highest postage cost and everything else is included for free.

UK SHIPPING
Orders that ship for free within the UK are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders will be sent with Royal Mail Standard Airmail. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Some countries require customs and/or duty payments on items purchased from overseas. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer so, if you are an international customer, please ensure you take this into account before purchasing.

RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is very important. Should there be any problem with an item you receive please contact me immediately. I will always replace, or provide a refund for, any items that are received with faults.

If you've simply changed your mind about the item you purchased you can return it to me for a refund. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it, in its original condition. A refund will be provided once I have received the item back again. The buyer will be responsible for paying for return postage. If you do plan to return an item please contact me first so I know to expect it back again.
