I’m Serena Daisy, founder of Shadow & Sage, a Hampshire-based herbal and spiritual apothecary rooted in traditional wisdom and modern holistic practice. My work is shaped by formal training in herbalism, aromatherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), trauma coaching, psychology and psychosomatics, alongside study in flower remedies and manifestation-based approaches to personal change.

Alongside this grounded foundation, I am deeply drawn to working with energy, intention and ritual as practical tools for transformation. My practice incorporates spirit and deity veneration, plant energetics and conscious intention work, informed by ongoing study in energetics, universal laws, botany, occult traditions and the underlying principles that connect mind, body and energy. Each product is created through a considered blend of research, intuition and lived experience, offering intentional tools designed to support wellbeing, energetic alignment and meaningful spiritual practice.
