Hello, I'm Sarah, an Artist and Mother living in Herefordshire. I make artwork about the little moments in life that light me up, things that catch my attention, from an interesting group of everyday objects, to the texture of pebbles on the beach or someone lost in thought. I'm interested in the impertinence of things, the stories that they tell and I try to bring this into my work using layers, broken line or inquisitive mark making.
Making art, for me, is a form of connection. I hope that sharing my work with others continues this connection and carries the story of these moments on.
