Buying from me

A lot of love, care and a whole lot of hand crafting goes into each of my bags. For example, for my Equis satchels, there’s 15 different pieces of leather that need cutting out, stitching and riveting. 10 studs that need clenching. 13 reinforcing rivets to set. 4 different areas to emboss. 2 felt fastener covers to glue. 3 buckles and 4 elements of the fasteners to attach.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
