Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
**Returns Policy:**
- **Damaged Items:**
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
- **Interior Use Warning:**
Please note that all items are for interior use only. Exposure to outdoor elements can damage the artwork and is not recommended.
- **Safety Warning:**
Items may contain rough edges and should be handled with care. Not suitable for children or as toys.
- **Vintage Charm Notice:**
The vintage china used in my mosaics may have vintage wear, which is not a defect but adds to the natural charm and character of the piece.
- **Exclusions:**
Personalized items and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
