I’m Paula and I run MaxidogCo making smart doggy accessories in my Manchester sewing shed!

I love beautiful fabric and good design and I have made my own clothes and home furnishings for many years as I can’t always find just the right thing that I’m looking for! Now that I have my own family including our little dog Max it was a natural progression to start making things for them too and Max has ended up with many different bandanas and leads over the months we have had him. Many friends and strangers I’ve met on our walks in the park have commented on the things I’ve made for him and people started asking me to make some for their dogs too, including a special doggy neckerchief and bow tie for an upcoming wedding! This unusual journey and much encouragement from family and friends has led me to open my new Folksy shop.
