The face behind Paper and Yarn and Pom Poms is me Emily and my Mama Mary

Hello and welcome to Paper Yarn and Pom Poms your one stop shop for unique and plastic free home décor and stationery.

I have love cute a and quirky home décor for as long as I can remember! When I moved back home in June 2022 after suffering badly with my mental health, I was looking for an outlet for my anxiety and started making bunting and decorations out of old books and encyclopaedias.

It wasn't until this year that I decided to take the plunge and open my folksy shop with my mum Everything you see has been handmade by myself and mum in my little work studio in Lincolnshire UK!

So about me.. I am Emily, mother and single parent of one gorgeous daughter! We live in Welton, Lincolnshire. As well as being a craft fanatic I am also a post office manager. Mum is Mary she is retired but looks after my little treasure so I can work, but has a massive passion for crocheting,

This Folksy store is a dream come true for me and I would love to make it my full time profession some day!
